The research group performs research and education on Electronics, Spintronic and Quantum physics with nanodevices fabricated on Graphene, 2D semiconductors, van der Waals heterostructures of 2D materials, semiconductor nanostructures, Topological Insulators and Weyl semimetals. We fabricate nanoelectronic devices in the state of the art clean room and use sensitive electronic measurement techniques in presence of magnetic fields to exploit the spin and quantum properties of electrons.
